Board
We feed Triple Crown Senior Gold and offer high quality coastal hay, which is fed 2-3 times daily. Our hay provider tests the hay purchased from suppliers to offer the best quality possible. We also offer alfalfa as part of our daily feeding. Grain is fed twice daily. Horses have access to quality forage in turnout and while stalled. Horses are social animals and we like for them to have a friend group, but understand that it is not always possible given injury and dietary needs. We have several turnout options available, including dry lots. We plant grass in our pastures in the fall and fertilize the pastures, permitting us to have grass most of the year. The main barn has 12 x 12 stalls with paddocks provided the horse gets along with its neighbor. The new barn has 12 x 16 stalls with private tack lockers in the tack room and the stalls. Training board: main barn $1250 new barn $1350 Board only (when available) Main barn $1350 New barn $1500 Board includes holding for vet and farrier, blanketing. Supplements to be provided at owners expense.
